Laurie Jo Rogers, CMP, President & CEO
Having been born & raised in Hawai`i, Ms. Rogers brings her extensive
hotel experience combined with her 3rd generational family heritage to
the company offering excellence in Hawaiian hospitality and service.
Ms. Rogers is responsible for driving the companys vision and for
managing the day to day operations. She is also actively involved in the
development of all production and design of each program. Ms. Rogers has
had 24 years Hotel and Sales & Marketing experience in Hawai`i. Before
establishing DnP in 2001, she was Director of Sales & Marketing at
The Keauhou Beach Hotel.
Prior to that, she spent 12 years at the Mauna Lani Bay on the Kohala
Coast of the Big Island as Director of Group Sales where she was annually
recognized as Top Sales Producer". She was also Vice President
of Sales for B&C Wines and began her hotel career in 1978 at the Mauna
Kea Beach Hotel.
Paul Carney, Director
of Business Operations
Mr. Carney brings his many years of experience in the Hawai`i tourism
market to assist in the delivery of day to day business and financial
operations and activities.
He has over 25 years of service in the Hawaii
tourism industry, most recently on the Kohala Coast on the Big Island
and various leading hotels. His enthusiastic "can do with a smile
and aloha" attitude has made him a favorite with visitors to the
Rogers, Custodian of Business Affairs
Bob's responsiblities encompass financial and business planning, marketing
and technology. He has more than 30 years of business management and systems
development. He is the founder ('94) of MCRO Solutions, LLC, a software
development and business consulting company based in Kailua, Oahu, Hawaii.
Prior to this, he was a Sales
and Marketing Manager for Kraft General Foods in Honolulu, Hawaii. His
responsibilities included state wide sales and financial planning as well
as heading up a sales team. He also has 13 years of sales with a locally
owned distributor in the Hawai`ian Islands. He too, is a third generation
kama`aina (resident) of the islands.
Ululani Centeio, Program Coordinator
Ms. Centeio also works along side of Laurie Jo to make sure all facets
of programs and events are delivered promptly and efficiently. Her primary
focus is customer service and event coordination. With master degrees
in both English and Sociology, she has over 12 years of social services
in the Hawaiian islands.
